Trusted & Skilled Physical Therapists for Home Health Care
Physical therapy is designed to improve the strength, mobility, and functional abilities of patients when medical problems or health-related issues create limitations to daily life activities. It can also be used as a preventative measure against future or further injury and disease.
Physical therapists design therapy plans and set and track goals custom to needs, limits, or disability. They can train you to improve your motor skill or hand-eye coordination, adapt your movements, and improve mobility, strength, and balance.
Home rehabilitation and physical therapy programs are often just as effective as treatment in a clinical setting. Home Care physical therapists are able to bring along everything they need to treat their client’s at home.
With in-home physical therapy services, the therapist can also help clients utilize everyday items that are readily available. This makes it easier for continuing strengthening exercises between PT visits and even long after they graduate from physical therapy.
Most notably, clients have the undivided attention of their therapist— translating to a higher quality of care and better outcomes overall.

FAQs
Home Health Agency Physical TherapyWhat is home health Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is designed to improve the strength, mobility, and functional abilities of patients when medical problems or health-related issues create limitations to daily life activities.
While physical therapists can treat clients in a wide range of settings, many patients with mobility issues prefer recovery in the comfort of home. This helps avoid the undue stress of finding transportation, scheduling, and risks to their already weakened physical health.
Will Medicare help pay for Physical Therapy at home?
Medicare completely covers our physical therapy services, provided there is a physician’s order.
Is there a difference between "home care" and "home health care"?
The term “home care” refers to any type of care (medical or non-medical) that is provided for the client in their home. While home care can be used to describe both medical and non-medical care, typically “home care” should be seen as non-medical care such as companionship/homemaking services and personal care services, while “home healthcare” refers specifically to skilled nursing care and other care such as speech, physical or occupational therapy.
